1. Scope of these website terms
These terms govern use of this public informational website. Visiting the site does not create a subscription, authorize a protected action or form a production-service contract. A signed order, trial agreement or the publisher terms displayed in an authorized Marketplace checkout governs any service access.
2. Controlled pre-release and no reliance
SecuraVouch is a controlled pre-release and is not yet generally available through Microsoft Marketplace. Website descriptions explain intended and implemented design boundaries; they are not a promise that a customer's Microsoft tenant, downstream connector or regulated workflow has been validated. Reference Action Packs do not execute privileged, financial, supplier-record or information-release actions without a separately reviewed customer connector.
3. Authorized business use
SecuraVouch is intended for organizations and authorized users aged 18 or older acting in a business capacity. Users must follow their organization's policy, protect credentials, supply accurate information and use only data and systems they are authorized to use.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Do not probe, disrupt, bypass or misuse security or authorization controls.
- Do not submit malware, unlawful content, secrets or third-party data without authority.
- Do not misrepresent evidence, identity, authority, product status or Microsoft affiliation.
- Do not use a pre-release deployment for production personal, regulated or high-risk data unless expressly approved in writing.
- Do not use the service in violation of export controls, sanctions or other applicable law.
5. Product and assurance boundary
SecuraVouch provides policy-evaluation and signed-evidence mechanisms for configured workflows. It is not identity proofing, biometric or liveness verification, a qualified electronic signature, legal approval, proof of physical presence or universal deepfake detection. The customer remains responsible for its policies, authority assignments, human review, connector security and the lawfulness and correctness of every action.
6. Microsoft Marketplace and other agreements
If a SecuraVouch offer is published in Microsoft Marketplace, the publisher terms shown in the listing and checkout govern that transaction. Microsoft permits publishers to use either the Microsoft Standard Contract, with any applicable amendments, or their own publisher terms. This page does not select, amend or replace whichever terms are actually presented in the checkout. A separately signed agreement with securagen.ai P.C. governs where one applies.
7. Intellectual property
The site, SecuraVouch name, software descriptions, text, graphics and original brand assets are owned by securagen.ai P.C. or used under permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No licence is granted except the limited right to view this website. Microsoft names and marks belong to the Microsoft group of companies; no Microsoft endorsement is implied.
8. Third-party services
Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Marketplace are third-party services governed by their own terms. Links are provided for convenience and do not transfer responsibility for third-party content or availability to securagen.ai P.C.
9. Availability, warranties and liability
The public website and pre-release information are provided as available and may change. Product warranties, service levels, remedies and liability limits are governed by the applicable signed or Marketplace agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, securagen.ai P.C. does not accept liability based solely on reliance on pre-release website information. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Suspension and security
Access to any evaluation may be suspended to protect users, systems or evidence integrity; address suspected security issues through Support. Do not include live secrets in an initial report.
11. Privacy and data portability
The Privacy Notice describes website and product processing. Any production data export, switching, deletion, continuity and assistance obligations must be defined in the applicable customer agreement before operational data is admitted.
12. Governing terms and mandatory rights
A signed customer or Marketplace agreement controls conflicts concerning service use. These website terms are governed by Greek law, subject to any mandatory law that applies regardless of that choice. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights where they apply.
13. Changes and contact
Material changes will be dated and published at this URL. Questions may be sent to info@securagen.ai. Operator and registration details are available in the Legal Notice.
